Research

Study of the cytoxicity  of newly synthesized compounds / nanoparticles

The study of the bioactivity of the compounds is carried out by MTT assay, BrdU, LDH and poly ADP-ribosylation.

Nanomaterials with bioactive factors for cartilage regeneration and recover  osteoarthritis

Protein Engineering technique is used and the bioactive molecules are immobilized  on the surface of composite nano-scaffolds.
Effective differentiation of stem cells into chondrocytes is performed by biochemical procedures (RT-PCR, Western blot, Staining of chondrocytes with Alcian Blue).
